Come join me at Hop Barons Kitchen in Honesdale, Pennsylvania for a cooking class! In this week’s class, Guest Chef Travis Lugo will be teaching some moderate level knife skills. Travis has worked locally as Head Chef at Glass-Wine.Bar.Kitchen and held the position as Settler Hospitality’s Executive Chef. Have you ever been too intimidated to cut chicken or other vegetables? During our 2 hour class, you will be learning this, & more! Everything you will need for the class will be provided for you and falls under the cost of your ticket. This is a BYOB course, please drink responsibly.
